गोपाल सहसनाम पाठ
मूल: भारतीय वेद शास्त्रों में कष्टों के निवारण हेतु अनेक उपायों का उल्लेख मिलता है, जैसे देवी देवताओं के सिद्ध मंत्र, उनकी विशेष पूजा विधि या तो उनकी स्तुति आदि का विशेष प्रयोग करने पर असाध्य से लगने वाली परेशानियां खत्म हो जाती है । इन्हीं उपायों में से एक हैं भगवान श्री कृष्ण के गोपाल सहस्त्रनाम का पाठ । यूँ तो भगवान श्री कृष्ण के हजारों नाम है जिनमें से उनका एक गोपाल नाम भी हैं, गोपाल का अर्थ है गाय का पालन करने वाला ।

पाठ के लाभ: ऐसी मान्यता हैं कि भगवान श्री कृष्ण का गोपाल नाम बहुत ही अद्भुत, चमत्कारी एवं शुभ फल प्रदान करने वाला है, हमारे ऋषि-मुनियों ने हमेशा गोपाल नाम से ही श्रीकृष्ण के हज़ार नामों की स्तुति की हैं, जिसे शास्त्रों में गोपाल सहस्त्रनाम के नाम से जाना जाता हैं । गोपाल सहस्त्रनाम का पाठ एकमात्र ऐसा पाठ है जिसे करने से मनुष्य भयंकर से भयंकर रोग से, हर प्रकार के कर्ज से, हर प्रकार की चिंता, अवसाद आदि से मुक्ति पा सकता है ।
गोपाल सहस्त्रनाम का पाठ करने से रोगी अपने रोग से मुक्त हो जाता है, जेल के बंधन आदि से छुटकारा पाने के लिए भी गोपाल सहस्त्रनाम का पाठ अद्भुत परिणाम देने वाला है, धन की समस्या अर्थात गरीबी से ग्रसित व्यक्ति इसका पाठ के करने से धन वैभव का अधिकारी बनता है ।
